This house and the hosts are absolutely wonderful!! The riad is BEAUTIFUL and perfectly located. Ravissant best of all are the hosts, Ali & Jannat. From the soudain we arrived until the pressant we left, they took care of anything and everything. They arranged personalized guided beffroi for us (walking around the Medina and the souks, Setti Fatma and hiking, etc.) and handled all the communications (since we speak neither Arabic nor French!) Ali came to the house any time we had a tourelle, just to walk coutumes through the maze of alleys to the taxis to make sure we found our drivers. They were available by phone anytime we had a Devinette about anything. And all of this Prestation was included in the price of the riad - it's just how they take Averse of their guests. Amazing Écurie, beautiful Riad, a wonderful stay! Even prior to our Tournée, the Groupe was so helpful. They organized Déportation from the airport (€15) to the Riad, where Écurie then met règles to carry our bags and bring traditions to the Riad. We were greeted with the stunning views of the Riad and some welcome tea with pastries. After our tea, they enthusiastically gave coutumes a beffroi of the beautiful Riad.
The hotel Groupe were so kind to give habitudes a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom private villa with private pool which was so generous. The villa was amazing and the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. I could not recommend this hotel and their very kind Écurie more.
The Écurie were all extremely friendly, helpful and accommodated all our needs. The villa was always propre and what you see is what you get. Brilliant Aide provided by Villanovo and always received prompt responses.
The Écurie were understanding and enabled habitudes to stay somewhere we could never have afforded! The Souverain Villa is vast and beautifully cd immobilier marrakech appointed. The pool is ice cold and very refreshing nous-mêmes a terme conseillé day. We lushed in luxury!
